They never answer the phone !! It just riiiiiings & riiiiiings when I’m trying to find out if my prescription is ready to pick up or not, because they don’t send a text like every other pharmacy does!

What an excellent pharmacy! Loads of, very attentive, staff. I have a repeat prescription, and, every time I call up, I’m greeted with a cheery response and helpful comments.

I bought Calpol SixPlus Suspension and it was advertised on the shelf as £4.50, they charged me £6.01. Interesting.

On Saturday morning I called in as was drying in the hotel opposite and had mislaid my important medication. Asked to speak to the Pharmacist explained my issue and without any fuss or hesitation she looked up me details and issued an emergency pack for me. I was very grateful for her time and help when she was obviously busy with her regular medication issues. Many thanks to her such a superstar and wonderful lady.

Avoid at all costs. The service is abominable. It is the last place you want to be if you are sick. They make you cue with the prescription customers and can take 15 to 20 minuets per customer. You could be there an hour just to make a purchase. I guess that their business model hinges solely on prescriptions.

Disappointed to reach the pharmacy to find it had closed at 5.55, instead of advertised 6pm. No other pharmacies in EG and sick child. Not great!

Love the staff here - they do everything they can to help even in difficult circumstances. We were struggling to get medication for my husband following surgery - had it not been for the staff at Felbridge Pharmacy, it would have been a long and arduous process to get it sorted ourselves.....thank you!
