Can’t recommend Richard enough. Trustworthy, reliable, experienced & genuinely cares for the animals in his care. This was our first holiday we have taken pre COVID. Our dog is a rescue & has not been left before as we got him pre COVID too. This was a concern for us. We decided to opt for a dog/house sitter so Richard stayed in our house & cared for our dog for the whole 2 weeks. Regular updates & photos were lovely & very reassuring. We could see how happy our dog was in his own home. The peace of mind of having someone in your house, while away, is also worth every penny. Came home to a happy dog & a tidy house. Extremely satisfied with the service Richard provides. For our situation it was the perfect solution. Just sad he is leaving our area to go to the West Country. Wishing you every success there.

Richard and Sarah started looking after our dogs last year when we went away and I can highly recommend them. Having a rescue dog who was wary of men we felt a little anxious leaving him, but Richard was so reassuring on our first meeting and our little dog took to him very quickly. Both our dogs love Richard and Sarah coming to stay and it gives us such peace of mind to know they are being so well cared for.

We have asked Richard and Sarah to look after our two blind cocker spaniels (and our daughter’s spaniel) in our home a few times now and they have been fantastic. We always feel that the dogs are happy and very well cared for. We even left them in Richard and Sarah’s care for a week this summer and didn’t worry so that was great! Thank you.

Richard is outstanding. He has walked and looked after in our own house both our little tear away dogs. He’s kind, knowledgeable, safe and above all is super man. He really knows and cares for dogs. Our two absolutely adore him.

We have been using Richard & Sarah for a couple of year's to look after our 2 cockerpoo's and our cat. They have been very professional and our animals are really relaxed around them. Our house is looked after and they look after my plants too. I feel very comfortable leaving my animals with them and feel lucky to have them both so we can go away and know our fur babies are looked after.

Richard and Sarah are amazing! We used their wedding chaperone service for our wedding and everything was fantastic. From coming round to meet us and our dog Tilly beforehand, to her perfect guest appearance and fantastic communication, we’d highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again in the future. Richard and Sarah have been invaluable in their efforts to help my 2 Spanish rescue dogs. One in particular, Sari, had huge problems with other dogs since arriving in the UK, diagnosed as nervous aggression by Richard. In just a few months Sari is a different dog and I have learned so much. Richard’s patience and professionalism has been second to none. He has dog sat for me also which, being new to the area, gave me total confidence and he even walked them for me with his “pack”. I’m hoping to move permanently to the area and am looking forward to a long relationship with Always Wagging with their dog walking and dog sitting services as well as behavioural advice.

Richard has been walking my dog Hugo for nearly four years now and is very reliable and trustworthy.
