Don't use them - pressure sell - no will after 4 weeks - the money transaction occurred immediately rather than the ten days they tell you - no call backs - no answers to email. A quick search shows that they were exposed by Panorama in 2010 - be careful.

Do not use this company under any circumstances if I went through all my experiences in detail you'd be horrified. In short after 4 years trying to get them to complete their service I'm still waiting for a partial refund as I've given up chasing for the work to be completed!
