Brought some fish and was told they couldn't put two different species in same bag but with the fish I also received around 40 snails now my fish tank will be infested with snails wouldn't buy from there again dissatisfied is an understatement

Wonderful range of products. The staff on the cash desk are very helpful and kind. Today I visited and the very kind assistant on the till was very smiley and informative - I believe her name is Sandra. This is a vast improvement on some staff we have encountered in the past.. In terms of business this kindly, efficient approach makes you want to return. Thank you

It's well stocked but am disappointed the lack of knowledge from staff and the fact they won't groom certain breeds.

Always buy vitamins and dog treats here. Joining a VIP member is really good as I can get a discount. Sometimes the discount in the shop is better than online. I bought a lot of treats and vitamins every time I fly back home to Bali. It's cheaper here than Bali's price. Often most of my luggage 30kg allowance is full of my dog's stuff 😅

5th week of going there to buy bird food and still no stock shelves empty absolute joke 😡

Great service as always in this store. Holly, in the aquatics department, a super young lady was very helpful friendly and caught exactly the fish we asked for.

went in there today for advice and tall lad,named jamie was outstanding.went above and beyond to help me with all my enquiries..looked up bits on his phone to assist as to what certain fish look like etc...loads of helpful tips and i was clear minded when i left..service like that is rare nowadays so Thank You Jamie xxxxxxx

Thank you for Pet Pals my 2yr old grandson loved the experience and has used the Guinea Pig bedding for playing with his dinosaurs.

Good parking and very friendly staff. Nothing was to much trouble. Good value for a lot of puppy stuff.
