Lovely shop, sales assistant Anna was so helpful! Will be back for all DIY essentials in the future :)

I visited East Grinstead Store on 25/08/2023 at 11:47 spending £30.47 and if I could have given no stars, that is what this store would have received. The girl on the shop floor convincingly gave false product information on a salt mill, saying it was refillable. When I got home, I called the store to say that I was not happy and do not live in the area to return it quickly, nor do I know when I can. The manager who reluctantly gave me his name, Jonathan, had no telephone manners, was rude and had no customer service skills. I have decided to not return the salt mill because it would cost me a gallon of fuel to get to you plus my parking ticket which would amount to the price of the salt mill. Your staff must learn to not give false information, especially if they do not know the answer, and I would have expected the manager to set good examples.

Very handy having the store round the corner, almost. The service is excellent, efficient and very friendly and helpful. I have had nothing but positive experiences . Thank you team! I went in to browse. Came out with a "MiXX PowerUp". A back up battery that can be charged to recharge devices when you are on the move.

I can’t remember when I have had such a good service from a shop. They were polite , greeted us, ask to help, I couldn’t find what I wanted, they went out the back to find one. Amazing service.

I love Robert Days, East Grinstead. They have wonderfully useful products and always excellent offers especially. At the till. I sent money to the USA via the Western Union office in Robert Days. So easy and safe to do a transfer. Robert Days made sending money so simple. Thank you Robert Dyas.

I love this shop. Not only do I always find the products that I am looking for but additionally all the staff are lovely - so professional and welcoming. A special mention and thank you goes to Roxy who is not only extremely knowledgeable but also so helpful and friendly.

All products are of good quality and the store is tidy. As with many other companies, the position of products in the building are not very clear, but using common sense the right thing can be found easily.
