No idea how these stores survive with the cost of things being much more than wickes or screwfix. So if you want the same product but cheaper always go elsewhere.

Homebase East Grindstead were an absolute life saver in more than one way as you can see from the photos when I found a live electrical fitting that had been covered up by only a piece of wall paper. They had the product that was needed to make safe . The staff there were friendly helpfull and professional.

No one queueing for the tills but 15 minute queue to swap a £6 set of light bulbs for a £6 set of light bulbs. Jobsworth?

This shop needs some serious attention. Looks like this area of East Grinstead has been left at the wayside. Store is in need of a good refresh. Has a good range of products as you would expect. We didn't go to the garden part as we only needed paint. Had some mixed for us and the young lady knew what she was doing so worked efficiently. Car park needs a bit of cleaning and spaces redone. Trolleys are an absolute state almost didn't get one as it looked like a germ on wheels. Not sure why this store has been neglected but hopefully head office can get something done and upgrade it for the young staff members working there.
