Airtech have serviced our complex Air Heat Source Pump system for almost 10 years. The service, attention to detail, friendliness, and efficiency has been excellent throughout. The system provides all our heating and hot water. We have no gas. A well-deserved 5 stars. Highly recommended.

We had air conditioning units installed 18 months ago, mainly within bedroom areas. Firstly, the units used to make gargling sounds Waking everybody up at night. After months of irresponsiveness, we had an engineer sent around to tell us it might be a sensor issue. Fast forward six months and several phone calls/ emails we finally had the sensor replaced, only to find out that everything was back to lots of gargling sounds in the middle of the night this summer. Several phone calls, emails and engineer visits later, we finally had the pump exchanged only to find we now have a constant humming noise akin to a washing machine on a spin cycle in the room beside all the way through the night. We reported it to AirTech and all were made to feel like is like a bunch of amateurs who don’t know what we’re talking about. Oh did I mention that our walls went mouldy due to a leak/ sloppy installation which also took months to rectify. Do not recommend and still looking for a solution. Service: Install AC

Airtech recently carried out a preventative maintenance on my air conditioning. The engineers that arrived were on time, tidy and respectful. They took all of the dirty items outside and throughly washed it with cleaning chemicals that were non toxic as I had animals in the house. Airtech installed a new Daikin 3-way multisplit system at my property. The job was excellent from start to finish. Before starting, the MD Philip did a very thorough site survey himself, going over every detail with me carefully. Then he brought his engineer to plan the pipe and cable runs, and size the equipment etc. The actual installation took only two days, and was done to a very high standard. I don't often write reviews, but it was clear to me that Airtech were a company that cares deeply about the quality of work they do, and enjoy their work. Strongly recommend this firm.
