We were so excited to move in to a brand new house from a company who claim "quality is checked thoroughly throughout the build programme and that any snags are remedied." However this is not the case at all. We had no hot water when we moved in, and our snagging list is far beyond anything I expected. We are still waiting for lots of it to be completed 7 months down the line. The after sales care is disgusting. Noone replies to emails and there are always excuses when you speak to someone on the phone. What was meant to be an exciting and enjoyable experience has been very stressful.
