Very well organised place with charming period features throughout. Easy to reach twin centre and very affordable for a night’s stay too. Only issue we had was the fact the owner forgot to turn the switch on for the shower water, resulting in delayed hot water. Maybe could do with a reminder?

Excellent hotel, smart tidy and spotless, all compliments in room , great position 5/10 min walk to many pubs and shopping. Good value.

Room itself was ok-ish though limited clothes space and, being in the roof, had to contend with the dormers and the roof line. The duvets were not really big enough for the beds. The ensuite was really small. The biggest downside though was that the walls used to create the four loft conversion bedrooms were thin plaster board so any noise carried right through. And it wasn't cheap.

Very comfortable room, including all sorts of useful things, like cutlery for takeaways, a hairdryer, coffee and tea making facilities. Very friendly service, and a hearty breakfast with a wide choice. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Very enjoyable 3 night stay. Incredibly comfortable king size bed, good hanging space for clothes, iron on request, and lovely shower. We didn't have breakfast but would imagine if it's on par with the hotel and service, you won't be disappointed

Though the decor was a little dated, it didn’t matter as the room was spotless. Nice touches of bathroom accessories. Able to order a delivered meal. 2 chairs provided. Comfortable bed and quiet location though central. Very cold weather, but the heating left on all night , so cosy and warm, even had additional fan heater available. Very good value.
