Very unreliable. I had used Tracy once before, I was reasonably happy with the cut, although she forgot to bring a comb, so it could have been better. I decided to use her again. However, she did not turn up for the appointment, I phoned numerous times & each time it went to Voicemail, I left a message each time but she didn’t call back. After a few days of calling, I finally got hold of her, she told me that she had an emergency appointment & did not have my number to let me know, I gave her my landline number, she should have made a note of this. Also, she had my address, the number is easy to find on the internet. We arranged another appointment, which took place. She did apologise for not returning my calls. I was a bit dubious about using her again, but, I gave her the benefit of the doubt that it was a one off. We arranged an appointment for Thursday 23rd June. She did not arrive & there was no phone call. Again, I phoned numerous times, leaving messages until I finally got hold of her. She said she had left me message that she needed to move the appointment to Friday. I did not receive any message, she said she must have the wrong number (an approvement on not having it all, I guess). We arranged the appointment for 9.30am the next day. She did not arrive, or phone. Again, I called numerous times, leaving messages with no response. By late afternoon, I left a message asking her to ignore my previous messages as I had given up. I am 85 years old & housebound, which Tracy is aware of. I rely on having someone come to my house to cut my hair. I found the whole experience upsetting & extremely disappointing as I felt that she just did not care. Obviously, I will not be using her again, and I certainly will not be recommending her to anyone. Janet Goodall Tracy: Following on from your comment to my review. After lockdown I hadn't had my hair cut for some time, and also my two children under 4 years old needed theirs done too. In fact it was my son's first ever hair cut and Tracy did such an incredible job. I was very happy with my cut especially. I would highly recommend her to others :)

Brilliant hairdresser, professional, friendly and amazing at what she does! Have been having my hair done by this hairdresser for years and will continue to, 1000% would recommend! Tracy did my hair yesterday the colour and cut was amazing.i was wearing my hair up all the time but now I am able to wear it down due the amazing cut.
