Good sports hall and bar allows for a more social life after the sports

Edge of town sports facility for cricket, squash and gym. Large sports hall for basket ball, pickleball, and babminton. Bar and plenty of parking

Good customer service. Indoor cricket nets are hopeless for the price we paid. Very cheap Matt and ball doesn't bounce as much.

Nice club (a touch old inside) reasonable bar. Lots of facilities, decent cricket pitch and a huge astroturf. Big car park, although it can get very busy on weekends especially when multiple events are on.

Very well kept sports ground. Coffee shop is (an expensive) letdown

This review is just about the gym. I really really want to give a great review, because I want to support my local gym. Sadly this place has lost its creativity. The gym is highly unhygienic. Sauna, changing room, toilets, are just not cleaned regularly and thoroughly enough. Gym equipment is old, bent bars, unmatching weights. To top it off, this month I go in, and all equipment has been removed. No advance warning, no pause in gym fee. I cancelled my direct debit and got a debt collection notice as a result?!! You can pay half the price in town and get 10X the quality,

Shame the bar doesn't stay open longer, seems the owners don't want to generate too much income. I witnessed the club serving food to a group of customers but they had to run to Sainsburys on a Friday night to get non alcoholic drinks to have with their food!

Great Gym with good facilities and safe ! ideal for slightly older people . Staff very friendly and helpful especially if you have any mobility issues or want help with your workout . Impressed with the deep cleaning of the gym after each session and with all the safety measures that are in place to make sure you enjoy your gym session at this difficult time

Great club for hockey, football & other sports

Decent gym, certainly has the best equipment in the gym for the area. Staff always friendly with a smile and eager to talk. Parking can be problematic on certain evenings however there is ample spaces. Only negative is the toilet facilities. What's nice is seeing that they're spending money on the equipment and bringing in new pieces.
