Sarah is friendly and what I really like she doesn’t talk too much while giving you full attention so it makes you feel relaxed and calm down, the whole body can feel the energy of healing this way. I will keep coming back even though we now live over and hour away from East Grinstead, that’s how good she is.

After a series of long hikes, followed by idelness, my legs were seizing up! The masseuse at the LLMTC worked hard on the affected muscles and I feel 100 times better. I will definitely be back.

An absolutely amazing massage. I am a powerlifter and I have been told I'm difficult to massage, but the lady here today got in to all my muscles and is so strong!! also tried her light therapy which really worked. to me looked light a lot of red lamps but they actually helped the pain.
