First class team work here and they all gel well together. The practice is far superior to any chain. I have dyspraxia and I have discovered that none of the chains prescribe suitable prescriptions for this condition. However Lawrence I- Care Optometrists do.

Superb service as usual. Was told my beautiful Silhouette glasses would be with me in 2/3 weeks, and they were ready in 10 days! No rush with eye test and also no rush with fitting with James. Well worth the money compared to other High St opticians!

The care I received from first booking my appointment was superb. I was greeted with a friendly and professional manner and all the screening process was explained thoroughly to me. The sight test itself was incredibly thorough and the young lady who tested my eyes was extremely knowledgeable, not surprising as she also works at Moorfields in London. I was talked through the choices of different lenses and prices and chose a pair of varifocals that have been made by Rodenstock using their biometric measuring system. I can safely say that they are the best glasses I have ever had, the vision is incredibly clear and it has made a huge difference when driving at night. I cannot recommend i-Care Optometry enough! Thank you to the wonderful staff for their care and personal service.

I visited I - Care in East Grinstead yesterday for the first time to have an eye examination. I have a few issues with my eye sight and i was totally impressed with the welcome and friendliness of all the staff . The examination was very thorough and informative and the staff were very knowledgeable . I look forward to a successful relationship moving forward

What a great experience and amazing people.. I have been going to High St Chains for many years, the usual suspects as advertised on TV, and for the last few years (as my sight deteriorates with age) have not been satisfied with my glasses. So, on a personal recommendation I booked an appt at Lawrence I-care. I will never return to a high St Chain again. The quality of service, personal attention to detail and environment totally exceeded expectation. The eye test itself was comprehensive and the equipment they have is very up to date and they are one of a few Opticians in this country to have it. I picked up my new glasses, after a very thorough 'fitting' and I could focus on everything, in the right part of the lenses. The overall cost is higher but the value is so much better. And a special thank you to James for making it such an interesting and fun experience. 😊
