Exactly what I’ve been looking for. Needed to tone up and get in my exercise but without over doing it, I’ve been to several classes and I have found them really tough and pushed too much to the point that I didn’t enjoy them and I would end up not going back.This was absolutely perfect. It was fun and easy to do and I also felt that I used every muscle and really loosened up and no longer tense and weak and to make it even better didn’t find it unpleasant. I’m just really happy to have found this. Iris was absolutely fantastic too. I’ve booked my next class. Will be bringing friends too
