I've practiced yoga with Dulcie for more than 1 year and really enjoy her style. Her classes are very inclusive, and while physically challenging, she provides options for every level.
Would really recommend to try out one of her classes, especially for the nice and welcoming community she has created.

I've been going to Dulcie's classes for almost a year now and I am still learning loads. They are always different, as challenging as you want them to be, but just as good for beginners. I definitely recommend them.

I absolutely really enjoy the classes. Keeps me really flexible. It's a nessesary for me to do with my job. Very relaxing as well.

Highly recommend Dulcie's classes, they are varied, fun and I have built up so much strength and flexibility over the months practicing with her. Dulcie has an excellent teaching style and I always feel strong and invigored after each class. They are excellent for mindfulness and wellbeing too!

Dulce’s teaching style is fantastic. I joined nervously 8 months ago with very limited strength and flexibility and I cannot believe how quickly and how far I’ve progressed. The class is filled with friendly, welcoming people and it’s a lovely studio to practice in. I believe it’s the best class in the area and Dulcie makes sure we all improve week after week, whatever level we join at. You leave feeling like you’ve achieved way above your goals and with a good night’s sleep ahead!

Dulcie’s knowledge and way of teaching is superb. She pushes her students whilst being aware of what everyone is able to do. There is good variety so as not to be doing the same practise too much and combines Yoga, Pilates, conditioning and flexibility in some classes. In a time when well-being and mindfulness is key having a few hours a week with Dulcie will make a positive influence on how you feel.
