Not a pleasant experience in the slightest. Paid over £600 for a document that I am not satisfied with in any way shape or form. Customer service focus' is to justify their position rather than listen to what is being said to them. Now I am without a suitable document, £600 lighter with this company director refusing refunds and I still have to go elsewhere to get the required document. I would never recommend this company to anyone. To add insult to injury this company was recommended by an employer, we thought we would be able to trust their judgement.
