They are not only extremely knowledgeable of the overall insurance market, they are highly responsive and provide a very personal touch and can both advise and source some really competitive rates. Despite me being very tech savvy, I love the specialist personal touch they provide, a rare and much enjoyable experience in todays 'detached' world of online and call centre customer experiences.... 5 out of 5.
