Greenaway has recently sold my flat. Due to the buyers conveyancer the process took longer than expected. Michael was great and was able to help sell our house with minimal fuss within a few weeks of listing. Although we ended up selling at slightly under asking price (largely due to the market), the process was good and relatively straightforward.
