Silverdale transformed our hall and dining room, replacing carpet with a wood floor which has bedded in very well and looks even better than we'd imagined. We were so pleased with their work we've had them replace the floor in the downstairs toilet which has been beautifully laid and we're very pleased with it. Everyone has been very pleasant and helpful and the quality of their workmanship is excellent. Strongly recommend this local company.

Just had Amtico laid in three rooms and large hallway, the standard of workmanship is exceptional, I am not one to leave reviews but credit where credit is due Silverdale exceeded my expectations. Everyone that we dealt with was lovely making the whole process a pleasure.

100% recommend this business. They did our flat back in September, the floor has settled well and no problems to snag. Very happy with the finish and quality. The floor is quite large (20 metres long at one point) and the original floor was quite wobbly, which they managed to smooth out in the new fitting. The product in the pictures is luxury vinyl title. The job was easy to set up and complete. I rang the business, Gareth came and did a quote, then I went in store to look at products and finalized everything over email and phone. This took just a week. Gareth was happy to negotiate price and product to our budget, which was appreciated. We originally had a different floor product in mind, but we went with Gareth's professional opinion based on size of floor and a large wet area in event of a water leak (open plan kitchen/living room), which I was glad he told us. Job was ready to start about a month later, so a good turn around. The team they sent were really professional and friendly - I was boxed up in the bedroom with two cats while they got on with things. A follow up email was sent to make sure everything was good and to contact about any snags. Overall, very good service which I would recommend to anyone.

We used Silverdale, Gareth and his team for our kitchen/lounge and hall flooring requirements (LVT). They gave really good, honest advice and were very helpful when we were making decisions on choices. No sales pressure etc even with our indecisiveness. They were very flexible and worked well the within the timeframe we set them for completing the work. Aftercare excellent and competitively priced. Would highly recommend Silverdale for any flooring needs.

We tried to obtain quotes from a few local flooring firms as we had a tight deadline to meet before kitchen installation. Gareth came around on the same day, assessed the situation before providing solid advice and what turned out to be a competitive quote. The other 2 local firms didn’t even quote - one saying they wouldn’t be able to get close to the Silverdale price!. Work was carried out exactly as described with staged invoicing through the friendly Georgia and Gareth checking we were happy after each phase (3 layers of screed plus vinyl tiles supplied and fitted for 30 ft kitchen and utility/cloakroom). Site left clean and tidy each day. No snagging needed. Extremely pleased with the results. A lot of businesses could learn from Silverdale’s approach:- Assess the job quickly, provide guidance, quote, do the work as quoted and keep the customer happy. Sounds simple but doesn’t always turn out that way does it. Guess who we’ll turn to for all flooring needs for our 90 sq m extension in a year’s time? Well done Silverdale

We had two floors purchased and fitted through Silverdale and can’t recommend them highly enough. From advice selecting the right design to fit our rooms(& budget!), and to the fitting which was immaculate, I will certainly be going back for our next flooring investment. Very highly recommend vs. the big chains!
