Ordered a last minute Christmas present for my partner and delivery meant the item should of arrived on Christmas Eve which I was unsure about. The item didn’t arrive so I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to the Christmas postal rush but on the 5th Jan the item still hadn’t shown up. I emailed them asking where the item was and looking for an update. Nearly 2 weeks on I have had no response. Unfortunately I have now seen that others have had the same experience with one saying that Chocolate Lodge have now blocked them on Facebook. Will we ever get our money back, a response or even better, the item! I would seriously avoid no matter how good their stuff looks! Such a shame. **UPDATE** I have now been contacted and refunded. They had a machine go down in December along with a member of staff due to COVID. Happy it has all been resolved but in future a bit of communication would of been appreciated. I will consider giving them a second go next time.

I ordered some chocolate bombs for gifts for family to give on Christmas Eve, they came beautifully wrapped in gift boxes tied with ribbon. I had to open one to look at the bombs and the smell of delicious chocolate is breathtaking they are amazing, I’m sorry I won’t be tasting one myself. I have just received a chocolate chess set and board to put on a birthday cake. I have to say that the customer service is excellent from making the initial enquiry to taking delivery of the set today. All the items are extremely well made and I would like to thank Rob and his wife for all their help.

I ordered from Chocolate lodge on 5thDecember for Christmas .Its now 22 December - no order received , no response to phone calls , emails and online customer service is evidently no online. Would give zero if that was possible. Will not be a returning customer

I ordered some boxes of local, handmade chocolate for Christmas in 2016 for family gifts and everyone said they were absolutely delicious. Since then I've ordered from Chocolate Lodge countless times. They have such a wide and varied range that there is something for everyone and every occasion. I've commissioned them for a range of different themed gifts, including Doctor Who (which they loved!), Christmas and delicious caramel filled chocolates. I have also ordered from their commercial range for use at my own small business. The quality is excellent, they taste delicious and are freshly (and expertly) prepared. Their service is brilliant, very understanding and helpful - and delivered locally too! Highly, highly recommended, especially if you have a wedding or event.

I ordered several items as gifts from The Chocolate Lodge. The items were beautifully made and wrapped and came swiftly in sturdy packaging. Unfortunately I didn’t get to try any of the Chocolate but my family (some of which are famously fussy) raved about it, they said it was an excellent quality delicious treat. Good service all round and great value for money especially if you want something a bit different
