From the the office Amanda is always there ready to take the orders and help me out when I need quick deliveries advice or anything related to my business, you then have curly and Giorgina who do their best also to help. East Grinstead Yard Outstanding customer service and satisfaction, from start to delivery. As a customer you always feel valued. The staff always come over happy. The delivery driver’s are the last part of the deal, but still give outstanding customer service, ensuring if humanly possible, will crane things on your driveway so you can still get your car in. Nigel has delivered to us a few times and shows Parker’s building supplies as a professional company in every way when in the community, he is a true asset to Parkers East Grinstead.

At the beginning of the year I ordered a small quantity of specialist concrete blocks from Parker's, who contacted me when they eventually arrived from the manufacturer in mid April. I drove a 2.5 hour round trip to collect them, only to discover the wrong items had been supplied. Rather than pass the buck to the manufacturer or wring their hands and say ' Sorry , there's nothing we can do ', the manager, Dylan, took it upon himself to source the right blocks and have them couriered to me within a week, at no extra charge....such customer service is rare these days and the reason why I am giving Parker's 5 stars today.
