I wrote a formal complaint to the CEO of Just Wills, on 25 June 2023. I am still to receive a reply. The complaint was on behalf of my friend and neighbour who is 82 and has waited over 2.5 years for probate after his wife died!!! We have been reaching out to this firm for over 2 years to get this sorted. Absolutely appalling.

Appalling service - incredibly unhelpful, and at a very difficult time.

The service I received when needing to update my will after getting married was second to none. I did not get around to doing it for several months as my previous provider sent me a long questionnaire to fill out but I could never find the time to complete. Andy made the job easy and convenient for me. Would highly recommend. 5 stars from me!!
