The cleaners are very good but the overall organisation is not great and quite unprofessional. People come late and dont let you know, they don't show up, or come on the wrong date. Also, they just stop responding messages and calls, or leave you without an answer for days. Would it be acceptable from any other service? Just please let clients know you have no capacity and you are very sorry!We went for someone else at the end just because they make it too hard to work with them. Also, by checking the answer Miss Tidy gives to bed reviews here on google, it makes you realise they give clients the fault of them being not organised or with poor customer service. It really takes little to just apologies and say you will work on your customer service. It is more professional! But again, the cleaners are good and did a nice job at our house. So, if you can get hold of them and are flexible with tining, go for it!

I would not recommend this company at all. They charged me £25per hour for a deep clean which i thought was a lot but was told it was because it was a one off clean. I had two people at my house for 2 hours and it cost me £100. When the cleaners left, my house had not been vacuumed, there was dust everywhere and some of the bedrooms hadn't even been touched. I have never known a cleaning service that can spend 4 hours at your house and yet when they leave it looks as if it hasn't been touched. There was no deep clean done at my house whatsoever! I even had to tell the cleaner to do the bath and shower in my bathroom as he thought just mopping the floor and putting bleach in the toilet was acceptable. I telephoned the owner who aplogised and told me she would send someone else the following day and give me an hours credit. I said i did not want the same cleaners to which i got not response. I tried to contact her on the day to confirm that the same people wouldn't be coming and she didn't answer. The same cleaners turned up again and spent 20 minutes at my house. They dusted a few areas and left. £100 later and my house still hasn't even been hoovered by them!!!! Have never come across a cleaning company like them. Would not recommend or ever use again! When I first moved to East Grinstead, the flat I had bought was in a disgusting state. It stank of dog and cigarettes. I wanted to find a local and women-led company and came across Miss Tidy. They turned the place around beautifully. They did a deep clean for me before I moved my stuff in and they performed miracles. They turned the disgusting into the delightful. Since then I have used Miss Tidy for regular normal cleaning and some laundry services. I have been nothing but satisfied. A great team you can depend on. Very happy with the standard of cleaning, would definitely recommend being a health care service its very important to get a thorough clean done by professionals. Always here and done before start of the working day and always up to scratch. We also get them to do our gardening which is excellent! staff very friendly and trustworthy and Victoria is very pleasant and makes sure anything additional requested is done. Several months ago I entered an agreement with Miss Tidy for them to supply 2 cleaners for 1 hour at a set time every week. The staff and cleaning has been fine. In respect of timing, I have been flexible over the months and the regular time has crept 2 hours by increments but I have known to within an hour when the cleaners would arrive. Two weeks ago a single cleaner unexpectedly arrived 3 hours before the regular time. It was inconvenient but I accepted it. I emailed Miss Tidy requesting prior notice if they wished to significantly change the normal appointment time in the future. This was agreed but 11 days after my email a cleaner arrived unannounced 6 hours before the regular time. I emailed Miss Tidy again reiterating my need for prior notice of proposed changes to appointment times. I ended the email “If “Miss Tidy” is not able to extend this basic courtesy to their clients then maybe I should look elsewhere.” An hour and a half later ”Miss Tidy” answered my dilemma. Rather than an apology and commitment to provide prior notice for future changes to appointment times, I received a two-sentence email from Miss Tidy thanking me for my email and cancelling our agreement. The inference could not be clearer. Update - My response to "Miss Tidy" response. I am not in the habit of writing reviews but I thought this worthy. Neither do I bully or reduce to tears people who do work for me, indeed my regular cleaners contacted me within 2 days of Miss Tidy's email and now clean for me privately. It is not true and absurd to suggest that I would stand at my front door and shout at a locum cleaner who arrived solely under the direction of Miss Tidy. In respect of timings, the usual time of arrival was 4.30-5.00pm, (the previous week was 5.15pm) the locum cleaner arrived at 10.40am. The only text received from Miss Tidy was sent after I had sent the cleaner away and after I had left Miss Tidy a voicemail. The text was timed at 10.56am informing me that the cleaner would arrive at 11.00am. There were no other email or phone notifications..
